TinyLVT is operated by Aperture Beam Technologies, Inc. These terms govern your use of the TinyLVT service at tinylvt.com.

Service Description

TinyLVT provides a platform for fair allocation of shared spaces through auction-based mechanisms. Communities use TinyLVT to run auctions that determine who gets which space and at what price.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

When you delete your account, your personal information is removed. However, financial history you produced through community currency transactions or auction results is preserved with your identity anonymized, since other members depend on this history for their records. Deleting the community itself fully deletes all associated records.

Subscriptions and Billing

TinyLVT offers a free tier and a paid tier. The free tier includes 50 MB of storage per community. The paid tier provides 2 GB of storage and is billed monthly ($5/month) or annually ($50/year) per community.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your community settings. When you cancel:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your community reverts to the free tier.
No data is deleted. If your storage exceeds the free tier limit, you will not be able to upload new content until you reduce usage or resubscribe.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access to the paid tier until the end of your current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. Community leaders can delete their community and all associated data at any time. TinyLVT does not use third-party analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for content delivery.

Limitation of Liability

TinyLVT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Aperture Beam Technologies, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to disputes between community members over auction outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
